All our services can only be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of entering Canadian federal, provincial or municipal governments are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge harmful or obscene, material protected by state secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify us from any liability and any action resulting damage to itself or any other party resulting from the use of our services.
In addition, any site selling or promoting services to send mass email is not allowed.

Limitations unlimited traffic
Because of the unique resources and major requirements related to certain types of sites, your site can not use more than 20% of our systems resources.
CGI
Each account comes with its own cgi-bin directory. You are free to use any CGI scripts you want, but we reserve the right to disable any CGI script affects normal server operations.
Programs running in the background
We may allow programs that run continuously in the background. These programs are considered on an individual basis and additional charges may apply depending on system resources used and operational maintenance caused.
Bandwidth
If your site exceeds the bandwidth allocated to the inside of your contract, costs $ 5 Canadian per 1 000 MB you will be charged extra.
IRC
The IRC server and IRC bots can't be installed on our servers.
Commercial Advertising - Email:
Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of unsolicited advertising (spam), flames, or mail bombs. Your domain can be mentioned as the source, intermediary, or the return address for everything that relates to what we mentioned above. Promotion batch of sites on other servers containing links to domains hosted on our servers is prohibited. We consider "spam" while sending mass unsolicited by the bais e-mail or newsgroups. If we discover that you are "spammed", we will deactivate immediately and without notice, your domain. In addition, we will impose a fine of $ 100 CAD each time this policy against sending mass mail will be violated. Finally, we reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this policy.
Thus, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.
Server Abuse:
Any attempt to cause damage to a web server or a client is prohibited.
Denial of service:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel our services at our discretion.
Any sub-hosting, distribution sites and dedicated servers must adhere to our policy of accommodation.
Refusal to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate deactivation of the account
NOTICE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You, the customer, agree to be solely responsible for the content posted on your website. You will not hold in any WebJFG.com liable for any loss, expense. attorneys' fees or other costs incurred by your website, the non-availability of the latter, its contents or any other cause. WebJFG.com shall not be liable for data loss caused by an attack servers, hardware failure or any other cause including an act of god that could cause loss of data on your site. You will at all times ensure that you have a backup of your site in case a reinstallation is necessary.
